Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. In case of high demand, natural calamities, or unforeseen delays, customers will be notified via email or phone.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline: We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe delivery. Standard delivery time is 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping may apply during promotions or on orders above Rs. 999/-
Order Tracking: Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS or WhatsApp. Tracking updates depend on courier service timelines.
Delivery Issues: If the package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, the order may be returned to Eco Baby. Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Eco Baby is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, or events beyond our control.
Return Policy
Eco Baby takes utmost care in packaging and quality control. However, due to the nature of baby products and hygiene standards, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags/labels intact. Customers must raise a return request within 3 calendar days of delivery by emailing info@ecobaby.in with order details and clear photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
1. Opened or used baby care, feeding, or personal care products
2. Gift hampers, custom or personalized items
3. Products bought during clearance or final-sale promotions
Return Process:
Step 1: Customer submits a return request within 3 calendar days.
Step 2: Our team reviews and approves or rejects the claim.
Step 3: If approved, pickup will be arranged or customer may be asked to ship back (with reimbursement of standard courier charges, if Eco Baby is at fault).
Step 4: On verification of the returned product, refund or replacement will be initiated.
Refunds & Replacements: Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval. Replacements (subject to stock availability) will be shipped within standard timelines after return approval. If a product is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be provided.
Damaged or Missing Items: If an order is delivered with tampered packaging, customers must refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Missing items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos of the package).

• Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Eco Baby reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
• A video recording of the product being unboxed would help us resolve any issues much quicker, so we advise you to do the same.
